Here you will find various housing options that are close to UCI. Some of these facilities use a waiting list system, and it could take a while before your application is accepted. Apply early.
- Irvine Campus Housing: Located at University Hills, they offer nice and affordable apartments for postdocs. Apply early, as postdocs do not have the highest priority in their waiting list system and acceptance may take over 12 months.
- American Campus Communities: On-campus communities for postdocs at Puerta del Sol, Vista del Campo, and Vista del Campo Norte.
- UCI Off-Campus Housing: Search for housing in the area. You will need a UCInetID, or you can sign up as a guest.
- Irvine Company Apartment Communities: A discount is available for postdocs at some of the apartment communities.
- Equity Apartments: Apartment communities that are relatively close to UCI.
- The Soussé Group: Apartment communities that are relatively close to UCI.
- AMLI Residential: Uptown Orange apartments close to UCI Medical Center. A discount is available for UCI staff.
- Hampton Pointe: Apartment community that is close to UCI Medical Center.
- UCI PDA Facebook Group: Postdocs may request and advertise housing opportunities to our Facebook group.
- University Hills Classified Ads: Convenient website for those wanting to buy and sell (more than just housing).
