About Ali Levin: Over the past decade, she has been an Associate Fellow at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, a sought-after global keynote speaker on the topic of generational diversity, a contributor to the BBC radio show In the Balance, and a keynote presenter at numerous conferences. 

She recently relocated to Southern California where she serves in a consulting capacity as the Head of Coaching at Pollen, as one of the UK’s fastest growing start-ups.  She helps build strong organizational cultures and high performing teams by creating the conditions for people to trust, support and challenge one another.  She coaches associates and partners in some of the world’s largest and most profitable professional services firms and create bespoke development programs designed for teams, leaders, mentors and women.  She has thousands of hours of one-to-one coaching sessions with senior leaders, executives, partners and associates.

Previously, she spent ten years as a labor and employment lawyer in the US where she was recognized as a top lawyer by Chambers USA.  She holds a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz; a JD from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston; an MA from City University in London; and a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School.  She is an accredited senior practitioner coach by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.  She has served on several boards over many years including as a legislative liaison for a local chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, a foundation board member for a local school that served an underrepresented population, a board member of the President’s Institute in Copenhagen, Denmark, and she currently serves on the foundation board of the Orange County School of the Arts.
